I recently bought 2 BHK from Ayyan royal 0.5 Building I would like to highlight the builder Mr.Chakaravarthi be a kind person. He is genuine builder, hope he might reach another heights based on customer satisfaction. Builder is having excellent staffs and be thank for tremendous support of Ms.Shalini for house draft documents for registration and many thanks for Supervisor Mr. Prakash on time completion of some pending works at flat. We recently purchased a 3BHK apartment in Ayyan Aathmika, and our overall experience has been excellent. From the initial stages to the final handover, everything was managed professionally and with great attention to detail. A special thank you to Mr. D. We recently bought a 3 BHK flat in AYYAN ROYAL 0.9 Madipakkam. We're really impressed by the quality of construction and Mr Chakravarthy sir's approach towards the clients. We asked for so many modifications. And he was always ready to accomodate those changes without compromising on the final quality of the structure. They handed over the apartment on time and provided end to end support in painting, electrical work and are still continuing to assist us. Thanks sir for all the support through out the process . Regarding supervisors, Mr Prakash and Ragu coordinated well and were very friendly and helpful. Their timely response is very commendable. I was really satisfied that recently purchased a flat at Sri Ayyan Homes-Ayyan Athmika and had a very positive experience so far. The building is well constructed with drainage system, natural ventilation, car parking, gardening, CCTV and automatic door opening system from home. The quality of construction is good, and materials used for bathroom are latest and high standard is very impressive. The entire buying process was smooth, transparent, and free from hidden charges. I'm in this surrounding of Nanmangalam for almost 8 years now.. Never seen such a modern day builder in this locality. Undoubtedly we were very much impressed with their facilities, quality on our 1st visit to one of their other sites. They give their best, doing it from bottom of their heart and not simply like another builder just on a selling motive. He doesnt give a pillar, wall, doors just like another builder. He gives us HOME as if he's gonna stay here.
