Hi Everyone, Over 10 to 15 flats visited in madipakkam location After I found Sri Ayyan Homes, Located at Karthikeyapuram, Madipakkam The flat is constructed an awesome quality. people may like in first sight impression. I recently bought 2 BHK from Ayyan royal 0.5 Building I would like to highlight the builder Mr.Chakaravarthi be a kind person. He is genuine builder, hope he might reach another heights based on customer satisfaction. Builder is having excellent staffs and be thank for tremendous support of Ms.Shalini for house draft documents for registration and many thanks for Supervisor Mr. Prakash on time completion of some pending works at flat. We recently purchased a 3BHK apartment in Ayyan Aathmika, and our overall experience has been excellent. From the initial stages to the final handover, everything was managed professionally and with great attention to detail. A special thank you to Mr. D. Chakravarthi (Managing Director) for his clear vision and leadership in delivering such a well-planned project. We would also like to sincerely thank Supervisor Mr. Raguraj for his outstanding support with our interior work. He was approachable, responsive, and ensured all our requirements were met efficiently. His coordination and commitment made the entire interior process smooth and stress-free. We recently bought a 3 BHK flat in AYYAN ROYAL 0.9 Madipakkam. We're really impressed by the quality of construction and Mr Chakravarthy sir's approach towards the clients. We asked for so many modifications. And he was always ready to accomodate those changes without compromising on the final quality of the structure. They handed over the apartment on time and provided end to end support in painting, electrical work and are still continuing to assist us. Thanks sir for all the support through out the process . Regarding supervisors, Mr Prakash and Ragu coordinated well and were very friendly and helpful. Their timely response is very commendable. Overall we are very glad that we chose Ayyan homes. ~ harish g
